Is it possible to have another great adventure?
Hit land and looking for a bathroom. What can
you say when your getting old.

Ready for another boat ride. This guy knows
how to run the river. Gave the day another
special treat.

Before we get under way. Big smiles

Diane was a great picture taker. I have heard that
she likes to take a picture of the person taking the
picture. Is this right?

Nobody wants to fall into the water.

The draw back of having a wife with long hair.
Ask Brent.

Great river run!!

Showing us how the Myans played ball. No wonder
I love the Jazz.

I like our Ball Court better......and what happens
when we win. Bad luck in the days of the Myan's

Our Ball Court was at least on a flat surface.

Just let me say that it was a long way to the top!!

The smiles were because these Old Folgies were finally
at the top.

Congrats to all that made it. Catherine said.
" I'll be darned if I am going to stay at the bottom
and wish the entire way home that I had at least
tried to get to the top. Good Job Hun!

Just before the Asent!

A view from the top. Look how small everyone
is at the bottom.

Now we have to get down!!

Notice the safe journey Edie was
taking.

Heck with the rope. I am going the
safe way.

I agree Curtis..it just doesn't get any better..love looking at your post..thanks for the help :)
Holy Smokes that was a LONG way to the top!!! The view looks amazing. I'm having so much fun looking at the pictures.
BTW- It's true about my mom! I have so many pictures of her, taking pictures of me, while I'm taking pictures of her. Did that make sense... :)
Wow, that looks way steep. you guys could have come home with broken hips!! What do you have, "Manure for Brains" I do remember you saying that to someone who sent on a steep rope only hike. Glad you made it up and down in one piece. Hey mom, maybe that's what Jake was thinking on Angels landing. "I'll be darned if I come all this way and don't make it to the top"

great day. fun boat ride, sort of like the circle of doom at lake powell. fun guides. the hike to the top of that temple was surely worth it. yes some days manure for brains is a risk worth taking. our one guide named elvis literly ran to the top, helped us take the pictures and then ran back down to the bottom. it was certainly a stiffening experience. the next day i was really sore, but did not regret it for one minute. loved being there with my best friend. i even picked up two more rocks. catherine
I like the picture of Brent with the hair in his face. Aaron complains about that with me too!
I also made it to the top! And let me tell you it is so dang scary!!! You know how my mom is afraid of heights? Well I am now worse than she is! I know, it is hard to imagine, but it is true! Even just standing on a chair is enough to make me nervous. So climbing to the top of a few of those pyramids was a HUGE accomplishment for me!
One other thing. When i went down with the BYU travel group, we climbed a pyramid at night! Then we looked down at the jungle and watched the lightning bugs fly around! It was cool!
I know this is my 3rd comment on this post but I just wanted to let you know I "borrowed" the picture of my mom and dad for their blog. :) I told you I love your pictures! :)
Love you guys!
